Horst Hammen

Horst Hammen (* 1955 in Simmern / Hunsrück ) is a German lawyer and professor for civil law, commercial and economic law, German and European banking and capital market law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen . He is a member of the German-Korean Legal Society

In 2002, Hammen gave a statement as an expert before the German Bundestag in the context of a hearing on the draft law for the further development of the financial center Germany (Fourth Financial Market Promotion Act).
