Hoshin management

Hoshin management ( Japanese 方針 管理 , Hōshin kanri , German "plan management") is a company-wide planning and control system that integrates all managers and employees in a systematic cascading process. As part of a simultaneous vertical and horizontal coordination, breakthrough goals of the company are developed from the vision in order to derive the essential strategies and goals for all employees so that all employees are focused on the same vision and the same goals of the company.
