Hot desking

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hot Desking (also: Hotdesking ) is office space management in which different employees share an office workstation at different times. Employees look for a free job on arrival.

Hot desking saves costs per employee compared to a permanent workstation, as fewer office workplaces are required. Hot desking is mainly used in areas where employees have different and shorter attendance times, for example with field workers . The prerequisite for hot desking is the ability to easily redirect phone number and data access.

The office concept Activity Based Working Hot Desking is applied.
