Hotel Krone (Kempten)

Former Hotel Krone, Kleiner Kornhausplatz 1

The former Hotel Krone with the address Kleiner Kornhausplatz 1 is a listed building in the independent city of Kempten (Allgäu) . It was built in 1844; the portal is labeled FHS 1844 . It is located directly behind the Kornhaus .

The former hotel , which was used as a children's hospital for a few years and now serves as the headquarters for local clubs and associations, has a hipped roof . The facade of the first floor is designed with fluted pilaster strips . The two upper floors are separated from the lower floor by a serrated frieze and have continuous pilaster strips.
