Howard Baldwin Trophy

The Howard Baldwin Trophy was awarded to the best coach in the North American World Hockey Association . The trophy was named after Howard Baldwin , a co-founder of the New England Whalers . In 1975 it was renamed the Robert Schmertz Memorial Trophy .
