Huang Chunping

Huang Chunping was the head of rocket development for manned spaceflight of the People's Republic of China until 2004 , deputy head of the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center , the oldest and largest Chinese spaceport , and is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
