Huicheng
The Huicheng District ( Chinese 惠 城区 , Pinyin Huìchéng Qū ) is a district in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture of Huizhou City . Huicheng has an area of 1,410 km² and has approx. 690,000 inhabitants (2003). It is the center and seat of the Huizhou city government.

At the community level, the city district consists of ten street districts and eight large municipalities.
