Human Rights Foundation
The Human Rights Foundation ( HRF ) is a non-profit - human rights organization , founded in 2005 by Thor Halvorssen . The organization looks after human rights on both American continents. According to its constitution, it is about " ensuring that freedom is both consolidated and expanded " on the American continents .
