Hussein salami
Hussein salami ( Persian حسین سلامی; * 1960 in Golpayegan, Isfahan Province ) is an Iranian Lieutenant General and commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (Pasdaran).
Salami is a veteran of the First Gulf War . After studying military management, he joined the Revolutionary Guards, whose commander he was appointed to succeed Mohammad Ali Jafari in April 2019.
