Huta Pieniacka ( Ukrainian Гута Пеняцька Huta Penjazka ) was a Polish- inhabited village in the Tarnopol Voivodeship of the Second Polish Republic (now in Ukraine ), about 50 km from Ternopil , in the neighborhood of the Ukrainian village of Holubyzja ( Голулубиця ) ( Brody in the Lviv Oblast .

Massacre in Huta Pieniacka

During the German occupation of Poland on February 28, 1944, all Polish residents of the eastern Polish village (around 500−1200) were murdered and the entire village burned down.
