Hydyr Saparlyýew

Hydyr Saparlyýew (* 1958 ) is a Turkmen politician .

Saparlyýew graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic in 1982 with an engineering degree. He holds a master’s degree in engineering. In 2004, Saparlyýew was appointed Minister of Education. From October 2005 he was the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia . Since 2007 he has again been the state's education minister and vice-premier.
