IMATEM is a musical project by Peter Spilles ( Project Pitchfork ) in collaboration with various guest musicians. Spilles takes on the compositions alone, the other musicians contribute the vocals and some of the lyrics.

In 2007 IMATEM released the album Home , on which Spille's “Der Graf” von ( Unheilig ), miLù, Falk Lenn and Lacasa del Cid give the songs their voice. This concept was retained in 2008 for the second album Journey , on which, for example, Ronan Harris ( VNV Nation ), Sven Friedrich ( Zeraphine / Solar Fake) and Stefan Großmann ( Absurd Minds ) participate.
