IMT is a Dutch manufacturer of lighting and signaling equipment, especially where special explosion protection is required. IMT produces various ATEX -certified searchlights, beacons and optical signals e.g. B. for helidecks , shipping , drilling platforms and petrochemicals .
At the beginning of 2015, IMT took over the signaling division from Pintsch Aben . It will be continued under the “Julius Signal” brand.
In 2015, IMT was acquired by Tideland Signal of Houston, Texas, which in turn was acquired by Xylem Analytics in 2016 .
