The ISS GUT! is a trade fair for the hospitality and food trade. It takes place every two years in autumn at the Leipzig Exhibition Center.

history

The ISS GUT! was first held in November 2015 at the new Leipzig Exhibition Center . With the concept of addressing all players in the out-of-home market, the Leipziger Messe reacted to current social developments such as increasing mobility, changing work and living habits or the steadily growing awareness of regional products and healthy eating. Predecessor of the ISS GUT! was the GÄSTE trade fair, which was held in Leipzig from 1991 to 2013.

As the only trade fair in the new federal states, the ISS GUT! covers the entire out-of-home catering market. The range includes technology and equipment, food and beverages as well as services for the industry. A special focus is on the topic of regional products. Target groups of the ISS GUT! are restaurateurs, hoteliers and public catering companies, caterers and the food trade with bakers, confectioners and butchers.

Current

From November 5 to 7, 2017, the second ISS GUT! in Leipzig. Around 8,600 trade visitors came to find out more about gastronomy, hotels, catering and the bakery and butcher industry (2015: 8,200 trade visitors). Approx. 200 exhibitors - 15 percent more than at the first event in 2015, were present at the trade fair.
