Admission procedure

Admission begins with the student's application using an online form. The ITC will then invite you to an aptitude test, in which basic knowledge in the areas of mathematics , logic , German and English will be tested. If the student has passed the test, the student's previous knowledge is recorded in a personal technical discussion. The ITC administration then tries to find an internship company for the student, which then accompanies him in the course of his studies and thus increases the practical part of the degree.

BSc. IT and software systems

With this degree, the ITC offers a practice-oriented computer science course. After 24 months, the graduates start their professional life full-time. As IT specialists, they draw on the theoretical foundations of academic IT training. The last three semesters in the combined study program enable a further part-time qualification that opens up additional career options for the students.

The ITC students are taught on the Dortmund campus of the International School of Management (ISM). Both technical and social skills are trained here. Small learning groups with a maximum of 30 people enable an exchange with the professors in lectures and exercises. Multimedia teaching and learning methods are one of the elementary components of the curriculum.
