IVAM Association for Microtechnology
IVAM eV is an association based in Dortmund . Members are companies and institutes from the fields of microtechnology , nanotechnology and new materials .
The association has around 250 members from several countries and operates technology marketing in the form of events and publications, training and further education projects as well as lobbying for small and medium-sized companies.
The abbreviation originally stood for "Interest group for the dissemination of applications of microstructure technologies".
