The Ice Towers are two high-rise residential buildings in the Canadian city ​​of Toronto , Ontario . The buildings are near York Street and the Rogers Center sports arena . The building, built by the Canadian real estate company Cadillac Fairview, was completely completed in 2016. The West building was completed in 2014. Inspired by a Scandinavian architectural style, they stand on a five-story podium and have a large spa and wellness area with pools, sauna, fitness studio, as well as cafes and restaurants in the podium area.
