Ieros Naos Agiou Ioannou tou Baptistou ( modern Greek Ιερός Ναός Αγίου Ιωάννου του Βαπτιστού 'Holy Church of John the Baptist') is the name of the Catholic cathedral on the Greek Cycladic island of Santorin (Thira). The episcopal see consecrated to John the Baptist is the only church in the diocese of Santorini . The church building is in the Catholic quarter of the island's capital Fira .

Santorini Cathedral was built in 1823. The earthquake of July 9, 1956 caused so much damage as well as the complete destruction of the organ that the church was subsequently unusable for 29 years. After extensive repairs to the building, the cathedral was consecrated on August 17, 1975.
