Ignacio Walker
Ignacio Walker Prieto (born January 7, 1956 ) is a Chilean politician . From October 2004 to March 2006 he was Foreign Minister of his country under the Ricardo Lagos government . Alejandro Foxley became Secretary of State in the government of President Michelle Bachelet.
Walker graduated from the Universidad de Chile in 1980 , then received his doctorate in the USA . He later became a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile .
