Igor Dmitriev (badminton)
Igor Dmitrijew ( Russian Игорь Дмитриев , English transcription Igor Dmitriev ; * around 1968 ) is a Kazakh badminton player who started his badminton career in the Soviet Union .
Career
Igor Dmitriev became the Soviet junior champion in 1986. At the World Student Championships in 1990 and 1992, he won gold in men's singles. In 1989, 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997 and 2003 he took part in the world championships.
