Igor Witkowski (* 1963 in Warsaw ) is a Polish journalist , author , military historian and ufologist .

In the early 1990s Witkowski was editor-in-chief of the magazine Technika Wojskowa . Since then, he says he has published 60 books with a focus on the history of the Second World War . In particular, he works on the history of so-called wonder weapons . He also published on pre-astronautics and Erich von Däniken and appeared in television documentaries such as the US television series Ancient Aliens (episode Technologies in the Third Reich ) or Nazi UFOs - The Conspiracy (USA 2008, Nazi UFO Conspiracy , director: Hereward Pelling).

His three-volume work “The Truth about the Wonder Weapon. Secret weapons technology in the Third Reich ”published. In particular, Witkowski tries to prove the existence of a German aircraft called Die Glocke , which is said to have been built in 1944/45 under the aegis of SS-Obergruppenführer Hans Kammler .

Witkowski is also active in the Fundacja Nautilus ; a foundation founded in 2001 , which deals with the study of crop circles , reincarnation , ghost spots and ufology.
