Immigrant Museum

The Immigrantmuseet is a Danish migration museum in the municipality of Furesø near Copenhagen .

The museum opened in January 2012 and shows 500 years of migration history in Denmark. The diversity of migration processes is shown using Chinese restaurants in Copenhagen, the settlement of Germans in Jutland , the burqa count or the introduction of the Christmas tree by immigrants.
