Real estate and apartment portals are markets for real estate and apartments operated on the Internet .

List of portals (alphabetical) and their current owners

  • WG-Gesucht.de : Stuttgart service of SMP GmbH & Co. KG. Housing agency for smaller apartments and shared apartments.
  • Immoscout.de : Münchener Scout 24 , with relevant shares of the financial investor Blackrock (but no majority stake) housing and real estate brokerage.
  • Immowelt : Nuremberg immowelt.de or immowelt.ch with majority owner Axel Springer . Housing and real estate brokerage.

The costs of many portals are often not transparent. This page list is intended to contribute to increasing transparency when further completed.

Housing provider costs

  • WG-Gesucht is free for apartment providers or apartment hunters and is financed through advertising (August 6, 2020).
  • Immoscout is free of charge for the first 25 inquiries during the first week. In the case of a more extensive contract, additional costs are due (August 6, 2020).
  • Immowelt is free for two weeks and any number of requests. You also have to cancel this variant, otherwise the contract changes to a paid contract. However, there is a cancellation reminder in advance. (August 6, 2020)
