The Realty World AG is in Nuremberg -based provider of real estate portals immowelt.de , immowelt.at and immowelt.ch and the portal bauen.de . The company's second division is the development of CRM software for the real estate industry. Immowelt AG is part of the Immowelt Group , which also includes Immowelt Hamburg GmbH and its real estate portal immonet.de, as well as the umzugauktion.de portal and the CRM software Immosolve . Immowelt is a subsidiary of Axel Springer SE .

history

Immowelt AG was founded in 1991 under the name DataConcept GmbH by Carsten Schlabritz and Jürgen Roth. The aim: to offer brokers easy-to-use software that helps them save time and effort in everyday use. With the start of the real estate portal immowelt.de in 1996, DataConcept GmbH laid the foundation for growth. In 2000 the name was changed to Immowelt AG. Immowelt AG has been represented with its real estate portals in the entire German-speaking area since 2009. In spring 2015, Immowelt AG and Immonet GmbH, today Immowelt Hamburg GmbH, merged to form the Immowelt Group.

Products

estatePro: The estatePro CRM software offers support in the management and control of large real estate projects. The software, based on Microsoft's .NET technology, represents real estate projects, assigns individual work steps and simplifies organization. The software is adaptable and with flexible masks and forms provides a working basis for project processing.

estateOffice: estateOffice is the further development of the real estate brokerage software Makler 2000 and offers more functions and simplified operation. As with estatePro, the estateOffice interfaces can also be individually adapted.

estateSmart: estateSmart is a software solution for managing and marketing real estate that can be used by any device. Brokers can use their smartphone or tablet to record properties, post exposés and manage prospects, among other things.

Mobile apps: Via the immowelt.de app, immowelt.de can be accessed via standard smartphones and tablets.
