The Immowelt Group , based in Nuremberg, bundles Immowelt AG and Immowelt Hamburg GmbH, two full-range IT providers for the real estate industry. Then there are the companies Umzügeauktion GmbH & Co. KG, Immosolve GmbH and Crozilla. The Immowelt Group includes two of the three largest real estate portals in Germany, immowelt.de and immonet.de, and special-interest portals such as umzugauktion.de and Gebäude.de. The second main business area of the Immowelt Group is software for the real estate industry. Axel Springer SE has a majority stake in the Immowelt Group .
history
The Immowelt Group was created in 2015 through the merger of Immowelt AG and Immonet GmbH, today's Immowelt Hamburg GmbH.
The Realty World AG was founded in 1991 under the name Data Concept GmbH Carsten Schlabritz and Jürgen Roth. The aim: to offer brokers easy-to-use software that helps them save time and effort in everyday use. With the start of the real estate portal immowelt.de in 1996, DataConcept GmbH laid the foundation for growth. In 2000 the name was changed to Immowelt AG. Immowelt AG has been represented with its real estate portals in the entire German-speaking area since 2009.
Immowelt Hamburg GmbH was founded in 1999 as Propertygate AG and operated the real estate portal propertygate.com. In 2001, Axel Springer SE took over 100 percent of the company. In 2002 the broker association Ring Deutscher Makler (RDM) took part and brought in its own real estate exchange rdm-immonet.de. After the name was changed to Immonet GmbH, the portal immonet.de was created in 2003. In April 2017 the name was changed to Immowelt Hamburg GmbH.

At umzugauktion.de offers can be obtained from moving companies. Interested parties can also find advice on everything from moving abroad to the moving box calculator.
crozilla.com
The Croatian real estate portal crozilla.com markets offers in Germany as well as in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition to a Croatian page, it also offers a German and an English version.
