Immobilien Service Deutschland was founded in 1983 by Brigitta and Werner Müller under the name "Deutsche Hausmeister Zentrale" in Lüdenscheid.
For its tenth anniversary, Immobilien Service Deutschland had ten branches, after 20 years there were 29 and on July 1, 2020 the 88th branch was opened. The company now looks after over 20,000 properties .
Immobilien Service Deutschland is active in the following service areas: exterior cleaning, stairwell cleaning, garden maintenance, building services, maintenance cleaning and winter service.
