  • all activities for the management of developed and undeveloped properties
  • their maintenance, repair and improvement and renovation
  • the collection of sums of money and the making of payments in connection with administrative activities.

Property managers are entitled to:

  • Advising house and apartment owners on tax matters and drafting documents and submissions
  • Carry out administrative activities for individual co-owners of a property, provided that this does not result in a conflict of interest with the community of owners whose property they manage
  • carry out simple repair and improvement work on the objects they manage.

The developer

The activities of the property developer include:

  • the organizational and commercial handling of construction projects for your own account or for someone else's account
  • the renovation of buildings, which is equivalent to a new building in terms of construction costs

The developer is also entitled to utilize these buildings.
