Emery de Gaál
Emery A. de Gaál (* 1956 in Chicago ) is an American Roman Catholic theologian .
Life
After graduating from the University of Munich with a diploma in theology (Rom. 3: 21–31 as a Pauline expression of the thought of justification already found as a traditional asset), Walter Mixa consecrated him on July 1, 2000, as priest of the diocese of Eichstätt . He was chaplain in Berching and in the court church of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate . After the Ph.D. In 2000 in systematic theology at Duquesne University , he has been a professor of dogmatics at the University of Saint Mary of the Lake since 2002 .
He is a member of the American Academy of Religion, American Benedictine Academy, Catholic Theological Society of America, Medieval Academy of America , Société Internationale des Mediévistes and the Pontificia Academia Mariana Internationalis .
