Inés Camilloni

Inés Angela Camilloni (born March 2, 1964 ) is an Argentine climate scientist . She is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires .

Life

Camilloni completed a five-year licensed degree in meteorology at the University of Buenos Aires in 1987 . In 1996 she did her PhD there in atmospheric sciences .

Act

Camilloni's work deals with climate change at both local and regional level, the assessment of climate models and the development of climate scenarios .

Camilloni is one of the authors of the IPCC's special report on global warming of 1.5 degrees (2018). She was involved in both the fourth and fifth assessment reports of the IPCC .
