In-house training

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An in-house training (including in-house training ) is a measure of vocational training as part of staff development. The employees receive training from external trainers (less often: from the organization's own trainers). The training takes place in your own company.

In-house training is tailored to the specific needs of the company or institution. It only makes sense if the employer has suitable premises for it.

advantages

There are hardly any travel costs for in-house training, as the participants are trained at their workplace. Only the person who holds the training may have to travel and be accommodated. The participants will be absent as employees on this date, but will remain on site. In-house training is also very needs-based, as it is individually tailored to the company.

disadvantage

Occasionally it is criticized that the employees do not have sufficient distance from their workplace during the training. Distraction or disturbances from everyday work are possible.
