Inazawa Christian Church

The Inazawa Christian Church ( Japanese稲 沢 キ リ ス ト 教会) is a Protestant community in Inazawa . It belongs to the Federation of Free Evangelical Churches in Japan (同盟 福音 基督教 会). The pastor is the German missionary Reinhard Berns ( Alliance Mission ).

history

The facility was founded in 1985 by Pastor Saburō Inukai (犬 飼 三郎) as a branch of the Sobue congregation. In 1989 the German missionary Hermine Dallmann ( Allianz Mission ) came to Inazawa and continued the work there. After Dallmann's retirement, Pastor i. R. Iwao Nakashima (中 嶋 巌) the work.

In 2002 the status of the parish changed. It was no longer a branch of the Sobue congregation, but an inland mission congregation of the above covenant. At the same time, the Berns family took over the community work.

In 2010 the construction of the own parish hall, which began in 2009, was completed.
