Individually attributable public service

Individually attributable public service is a term from German administrative law . He called the charges laws of the State and the country a state of affairs that the collection of administrative fees and authorized expenses.

Individually attributable public services can be:

  • Acts performed in the exercise of sovereign powers ( administrative acts )
  • Enabling the use of facilities and systems maintained by the respective fee creditor, insofar as the enabling of the use is regulated by public law
  • Monitoring measures, tests and investigations as well
  • other acts that are performed in the context of public-law administrative activities ,

as far as they have external impact .

A service that is applied for or otherwise voluntarily used, is provided for the benefit of the person affected by the service, was initiated by him or for which a connection point in the circle of obligations of the person affected by the service is legally justified is individually attributable.
