Informationspraxis is an open access journal for archives, libraries and museums . It has been published annually since 2015 with 1–2 issues; the individual articles are published successively.

Information practice experiments with various assessment procedures. In addition to conventional peer review , there is also an open peer review .

The magazine is supported by the Information Practice Association. The hosting takes place by the Heidelberg University Library .
