Southern Africa Observatory
The Southern Africa Information Center (issa) is an association founded in 1971 and based in Bonn .
One of the goals is to provide information about cultural, political, social and economic developments in southern Africa . The results should contribute to intercultural and development education work, information and political opinion-forming.
