Ingo Rentschler

Ingo Rentschler (born March 10, 1940 ) is a German neuroscientist.

Rentschler studied physics at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and medicine at the University of Frankfurt , and completed his habilitation in both subjects. Until 2005 he was a professor at the Institute for Medical Psychology in Munich, which he temporarily headed. In addition to visual perception, his field of work is also aesthetics.
