Inishmicatreer ( Irish Inis Mhic an Trír ) is the second largest island with 111.21 ha in Lough Corrib in County Galway , on the border with County Mayo in Ireland .
Early church remains and a cillin make up the relics. There was an early monastery on the island, but nothing more is known about it. The island is connected to the mainland in County Mayo by a small dam.
