Back office

The office staff is in contrast to the sales force that part of the workforce is, which is not directly on site at the customer does its job, but by means of computer or phone with the same or intermediary sales or free employee (FMA) contact with the customer, but also to suppliers entertains.

Back office employees are often concentrated in their own administration buildings and often have a so-called employee information system that enables rapid communication with one another.
