The Institut supérieur international du parfum, de la cosmétique et de l'aromatique alimentaire (ISIPCA) is a vocational institution on the campus of the University of Versailles . It was founded in 1970 on the initiative of Jean-Jacques Guerlain (1906–1997). Its sponsor is the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Île-de-France region . ISIPCA is a member of the Université Paris-Seine university network .
