Interaction thesis

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The interaction thesis, like the outsourcing thesis , explains why business-oriented services are increasing. It assumes that changes in the company and in the market (since shorter product life cycles require more marketing ) will increase the demand for knowledge-intensive, higher-quality, company-oriented services. Examples of services that require a highly skilled workforce are research and development and marketing.
