International Federation of Societies for Microscopy

The International Federation of Societies for Microscopy (IFSM), German: International Association of Societies for Electron Microscopy, is an international organization that represents the interests of the microscopy community. The IFSM currently represents 37 national societies and 8 associated members, including the German Society for Electron Microscopy . The IFSM is organized into three regional committees, the Committee for Asia-Pacific Societies of Microscopy, the European Microscopy Society and the Interamerica Committee for Societies for Electron Microscopy.
