International Institute of Information Technology (Hyderabad)
The International Institute of Information Technology ( IIIT for short , formerly Indian Institute of Information Technology ), based in Hyderabad , was founded in 1998. The aim is to train graduates in the natural sciences and technology. It has the status of a so-called deemed university .
The conception and naming of the IIITs are based on the Indian Institute of Technology .
