International University of Japan (abbreviation: IUJ ; Japanese 国際 大学 , Kokusai Daigaku , German "International University") is a private university in the Japanese city of Minami-Uonuma , in Niigata prefecture . It was founded in 1976 , and the first lectures began in 1982 with the graduate course "International Relations".
