ISPO (the abbreviation stands for international trade fair for sporting goods and sportswear ) has grown from the world's largest annual multi-segment trade fair for sporting goods and sportswear in Munich to a family brand with three international multi-segment trade fairs and a range of services for the sports industry throughout the year further developed. The family brand ISPO with all ten individual brands is managed by Messe München GmbH.

The world's largest multi-segment trade fairs for specialist audiences are located under the ISPO family brand: ISPO Munich , ISPO Bejing and ISPO Shanghai as well as the online news portal ISPO.com with its own editorial team and the services ISPO Academy , ISPO Open Innovation , ISPO Brandnew , ISPO Award , ISPO Jobs and ISPO Texttrends .

The ISPO Munich trade fair has been taking place in the New Munich Trade Fair Center at the end of January / beginning of February since 1970, and ISPO Bejing in Beijing has been in Beijing for the Asia-Pacific market since 2007 . ISPO Shanghai has also existed since 2015, and takes place annually in June / July with a focus on the summer collections.
