The International Society for Educational Aid (IGfH) - Section of the Federal Republic of Germany of the Fédération Internationale des Communautés Educatives (FICE) eV was founded in 1961. It is based in Frankfurt am Main . She is a member of FICE according to her club name . She is also a member of the German Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband . According to self-assessment, it had more than 1500 members in 2014.

Club goals

Politically and denominationally independent, the IGfH sees itself as a promoter of the "[...] reform of educational assistance, in particular home education within the meaning of the Charter of the Child and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child." ..] transmission belt between science and practice [...] "and organizes events, seminars and training courses for exchange and maintenance of contacts between the specialists. In addition to the usual association bodies, it is organized in regional, specialist and working groups.
