Lecturers such as Sándor Végh , Thomas Demenga and Eduard Brunner shaped the academy. Today musicians such as Ana Chumachenco , Nora Chastain , Troels Svane and Adrian Oetiker work to educate young artists.

Musicians like Julia Fischer , Bomi Song, but also today's lecturers Adrian Oetiker, Nora Chastain and Adelina Oprean were trained by the academy's lecturers.

Academy concerts

Academy concerts take place every evening, except on the days of summer festival concerts, in order to prepare young musicians for their later concert activities and to practice the necessary routine. This variety of performance opportunities for students is extraordinary for an academy and enables the young musicians to frequently present themselves to an audience during these two weeks.

It is the symbiosis of training center and concert offers that offers such a fertile breeding ground for the musical development of the students and offers concert goers and classical music lovers a concert experience at the highest level.

Summer festival

In addition, a summer festival will take place in Ettal during this time, at which the professors - also together with students - will perform at numerous concerts. It is a special experience to perform in concert with the renowned musicians and to benefit from their many years of concert experience.
