Ioan Enciu (born April 14, 1953 in Odorheiul - Secuiesc ) is a Romanian politician of the Partidul Social Democrat .

Life

Enciu studied civil engineering and economics in Bucharest. Enciu has been a member of the European Parliament since 2009 .
