Irish Mathematical Society
The Irish Mathematical Society ( Irish : Cumann Matamaitice na hÉireann, short IMS or CM) is the association of mathematicians in Ireland . It was founded on April 14, 1976 at Trinity College (Dublin) with the aim of promoting mathematics and mathematical research in the country.
The Society publishes the semi-annual Bulletin of the Irish Mathematical Society and hosts an annual conference in September that addresses both current research and mathematics education.
