IronFX Global is an online stock brokerage company founded in 2010 in Limassol , Cyprus by entrepreneur Markos Andreas Kashiouris.
From 2010 to 2013 IronFX received various awards such as: B. the Sina Corp Forex Award and the award as the best STP / ECN Broker 2013 from World Finance Magazine. IronFX is also the official partner of FC Barcelona
history
Markos A. Kashiouris and Peter G. Economides founded IronFX Global Limited in Cyprus in 2010, starting out from a previous company, initially known as IronFX Financial Services Limited and later as IronFX Limited. The company was then approved and regulated by Cysec . As a result, it is subject to the provisions of the European Directive on Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID) and is authorized to offer investment services within the European Union. In June 2013, as IronFX expanded globally, IronFX Global UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of IronFX Global, was approved and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. The following month, IronFX was registered as a financial services provider in New Zealand. IronFX Global (Australia) Pty Limited has been licensed and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) since 2012. However, the regulators FCA and ASIC are not responsible for the parent company and thus not for a significant number of customer accounts. These will continue to be regulated exclusively via the CySEC. In 2015, the Cypriot regulatory authority announced that it was investigating media reports and customer complaints. There have been reports in advance that the time taken to withdraw customer deposits has increased.
In June 2016, IronFX Global announced transactions that would take place in the merger of IronFX and FXDD Inc. Both companies will be acquired through a reverse takeover of an existing stock corporation Nukkleus Inc.

Services
IronFX services include contracts for difference (CFD) in the foreign exchange (FX) market, stocks , futures and precious metals . Private and institutional forex trading services are offered.

IronFX and its subsidiaries are approved for brokerage and are members of the following organizations:
- 8Safe UK Limited is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA no. 585561)
- IronFX Global Limited is a member of Eurex Exchange.
- IronFX Global (Australia) Pty Limited is authorized and monitored by the ASIC (AFSL no. 417482)
- IronFX Global (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is officially approved by the Financial Services Board (FSP no 45276)
Trading platform
The placing of orders and the administration of the trading accounts are carried out on the MT4 platforms.
Sponsorship
The company became a sponsor of the football club FC Barcelona in March 2014. The sponsorship consisted of official partner of FC Barcelona with worldwide association, advertising and marketing rights for the use of both brand and the players of FC Barcelona.
