The island of El Morro or Isla del Morro is the only island worth mentioning in the Bay of Acapulco de Juarez in Mexico. It is located around 200 meters south of the Playa Condesa beach . The island is also called Farallón del Obispo .
There is a boat dock on the north side of the island. The highest point can be reached via a partially collapsed and collapsing staircase. On the summit there are eroded installations, part of a fountain that was operated around 1980.
