Isla Patrulla (María Isabel) is a town in Uruguay .
geography
location
It is located in the area of the Departamento Treinta y Tres in the Sector 5 in the Cuchilla de los Ladrones . The Cañada de Los Molles , a tributary of the Arroyo Yerbal Grande , rises not far north of the village and runs a few kilometers to the east. The closest larger settlements are the departmental capital Treinta y Tres in the southeast and Santa Clara de Olimar to the west .
